How the days could run.
Day 1
Arrive and slow down
Overnight from Delhi, breakfast on arrival, rooms by mid-morning. A short walk to take in the view with your host, then dinner together. No agenda today.
Day 2
The big questions
A long morning session in the work room, with tea brought in. Lunch outside. The afternoon is free until a bonfire at dusk.
Day 3
Work, then an evening out of the ordinary
Break into groups for the morning. The evening is planned around your team: a private dinner, live music or whatever suits the group.
Day 4
A day on foot
A guided day walk with a registered guide, graded to the slowest person in the group. Packed lunch at the top, and an early night.
Day 5
Close and leave
A short closing session after breakfast, lunch, and the bus or flight home.

Before you ask
How far ahead should we book a team offsite?
Four weeks is comfortable. For May, June and long weekends, six to eight weeks, because the best places go first.
Can part of the team arrive late or leave early?
Yes. Tell us who and when, and we arrange separate pick-ups and adjust the rooms.
Do we need to bring a facilitator?
Only if you want one. We run the logistics and keep the days on time. The sessions are yours, and we can suggest a facilitator if you ask.
What about people who do not want to walk?
Every outdoor part has an easy option, and the terrace and the view are always there. Nobody is made to climb anything.
